Privacy Policy

This page says what The Hobby Starter’s website collects and where it goes. It is a single page with no accounts and no advertising.

Visiting the page

The page sets no cookies for visitors and loads no advertising or tracking tools. Its typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps ordinary server records (such as the time of a visit and the visitor’s network address) to run and protect the site.

Forms

This page has no forms, so it collects nothing you type.

Buying a download

Payment is taken on Stripe’s own checkout page, so your card details go to Stripe and never to this website. Stripe sends The Hobby Starter your name, your email address and the place you say the download will be used. The Hobby Starter keeps them, with a license number, as its record of the sale, and your download link is emailed to you. Twomiah, the website’s builder, passes them on to send that email and does not keep a copy.

Where the information is kept

Netlify, the company that hosts this page and runs the forms, holds form submissions on its servers for as long as its settings keep them. Ask the business to remove yours at any time.
